The purpose of the Los Angeles Professional Development and Outreach (PDO) Group is to support middle- and high-school mathematics teachers in the Los Angeles area through mathematics workshops, travel grants, and other outreach activities. The group organizes Imagine Math Day annually, a day of mathematical exploration for secondary mathematics students and teachers from the greater Los Angeles area.
