Data Analysis, Statistics and Probability Summary

Monday, July 14, 2003

Today several of our members volunteered to help the Japanese lesson study group by being students for their practice lesson. The participants who were not volunteering were working on their individual projects.

David K. presented his expected family size and expected probability of having a boy problem to the high school teachers group at 4:30. He has been able to work out several of the details that he was stuck on earlier. John has been working on his project and seems to be moving along nicely, as are Joe and Jeff. Troy is trying to convert his scripts from sketchpad version three from last year into comparable version 4 sketches. Dave H. is working on his project and Marla is making progress on hers.
