Learning from Teaching Cases Nicole Davis*, Kelley Butler, Connie Savoie, Amy Bateman, Rey Jope, Sandy Peterson, Sarah Farley, Mitch Jenson, Joe Gonzales, Bree Murray, Angelica Vega The Learning from Teaching Cases Working Group produced a short movie describing the purpose of our group and learning experiences from our participants. Our goal was to learn to discuss video cases of teaching with our colleagues, in a healthy, productive way, through the vehicles of cognitive demand, instructional choices, questioning, and status. In the movie, teachers explain how we used these ideas as tools for understanding student learning. Teachers also share the ideas that resonated most with them, or his or her "personal A-HA" as it's been called in our group. A list of the references used by our group has been included.
