Robert Q. Berry is the President-Elect of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) and an Associate Professor in the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia. On Wednesday, July 5, he presented the Cross Program at PCMI. His presentation was Using Identity and Agency to Frame Access, Equity & Empowerment.
