We fed two birds with one scone with a combination people-mover and thinking routine. Participants each wrote a question to help each other deepen and clarify their thinking around their contributions to the Repository of Teaching Wisdom. After pairing off and answering each other's questions, they traded prompts and went off to find new partners. Sample questions:
