Algebra/Number TheoryMonday, July 23We're Getting There! John finished typing up the presentation document and the group reviewed it for corrections and comments. John Polking was part of our working group today and we found his input to be extremely beneficial. It was great to have him read through the document with us because he asked questions to clear up confusion. Additionally, he helped us to revise some of our explanations to gain some clarity. Thanks for joining us today John Polking. John Shea will make the necessary corrections today so that we can submit the document to the PCMI office for copies. Victoria and John Shea also reviewed the Graphing Calculator Scavenger Hunt and the necessary corrections will be made so that it too can be sent to the PCMI office on Wednesday morning. That’s it for now. We will do our final? dry run on Thursday as our presentation is scheduled for Friday afternoon. |
