Physics in the Math Curriculum

In the early afternoon session we rehearsed our presentations and helped each other refine and improve the quality of our performance.

In the late afternoon session we presented what we had explored over the last two weeks to the entire group of high school teachers. We had three main demonstrations: levers, bungee Barbie, and blow gun physics. All three were a huge hit. The other teachers were thrilled and amazed at our demonstrations and creativity. Their envy only served to further inflate our egos. Soon all the instructors expressed interest in learning more about physics and secretly wished they had been in our group.
