Our goal is to create an electronic community for those interested in discussing the teaching and learning of secondary school mathematics. While navigating our site

visitors will be able to participate in discussions, gain advice on creating their own community, and learn from a growing set of resources. In addition, we will be having monthly discussions online on selected topics in math education. More specifically, our web site contains the following:

1. a how-to guide for creating your own electronic community
2. a glossary of working definitions of key terms and ideas
3. an annotated bibliography of sources we love and others we want to read
4. a discussion schedule
5. pictures of our community members
6. norms for our online community
7. a link to our discussion board
8. links to some of our favorite websites

It is our hope that this community will continue to grow throughout the year.
