The PDO/Supervisors working group consists of PDO Leaders (both existing and future) and people that serve in a mathematics supervisory role for a district, a region, or a state agency. Supervisor is a general term for a K-12 mathematics coordinator, consultant, or specialist.

The focus of the group is professional development of the participants for their work with secondary school teachers of mathematics. The objective is to enable secondary school teachers to become leaders in mathematics education in their regions. The group connects higher education faculty, supervisors, and secondary teachers to strengthen the connections and impact of good teaching in secondary school mathematics.
