Reasoning from Data and Chance Summary

Monday - Friday, July 21 - 25, 2008

Members of the Reasoning and Data and Chance group worked throughout the week to complete their projects and lessons. The results of our research and work were presented on Friday to the Secondary School Teachers' Program.

The order of the presentations were: Patrick, Laurie, and Jocelyn "Which Is the Better Guess?"; Cami presented "Biased Multiple Choice"; Kym presented "Experimental to Theoretical"; and Patrick and Tony presented "Joker Is Wild". These activities covered all three levels of Statistics, A, B, and C so are for students at all levels.

A Huge Kudos goes out to our wonderful leader, Carol, who has made these three weeks very productive.
