Reasoning from Data and Chance Summary

Monday - Friday, July 13 - 17, 2009

The members of Reasoning and Data and Chance Group worked throughout the week to complete their projects and lessons. The results of our research and work were presented on Friday to the Secondary School Teachers Program.

The first project presented was Data Exploration of 2000 Census: NY Income by Timon Holman and Huong Nguyen. Aaron Orzech, Joe Gonzalez, and Todd Smallcanyon presented their project Was Leonardo Correct? Continued second. The third presentation was Rigged or Fair by Kent Hansan and Richard (Matt) McLarney. The last presentation was Can You "See" the Difference? by Oscar Chavarria and Vicki Lyons.
