Learning the Math of Image Processing SummaryMonday - Friday, June 28 - July 2, 2010Our working group is attending the undergraduate class on Image Processing taught by Luminita Vesse. The course concentrated on three topics during the first week: histograms, linear filters, and Fourier Transformations. We looked at a variety of filtering and smoothing methods. Some of the participants have developed ideas on how to use this topic with high school students. |
