Building Party, Third Week

Carol had given participants contact paper, patterns, etc. and at the Building Party they came together to put things together. The pattern is from the Rhombic Dodecahedron - Hidden Within or Surrounding the Cube? activity by Joyce Frost and Kris Koch. When we realized that the jpeg was a bit fuzzy in that activity we asked Joyce if she could send us a better copy. She did and also commented:

Technology has sure improved since we put that worksheet up. I am attaching a scanned copy of the nets. To make the Stellated Rhombic Dodecahedron puzzle that transforms back and forth to a cube, takes 4 of these sheets (48 pieces - 24 for each Rhombic Dodecahedron). Thanks for asking me! It makes me feel a little bit a part of PCMI - such a wonderful part of my life! Please ask anytime for any updates, improvements, or additional stuff. I'm happy to share.  ~Joyce
